In 2021, 120 youth laboratories will be established in Russia thanks to the Science and Universities national project, including six in Kuzbass.
Under the terms of the competition for state subsidies to establish a scientific youth laboratory, its head and two-thirds of the team must not be older than 39 years. A special condition for the 2021 competition was participation in one of the 15 world-class research and educational centres.
