Comprehensive scientific and technical programs of the full innovation cycle and comprehensive scientific and technical projects of the full innovation cycle are formed in order to achieve results according to the priorities defined by the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation, approved by Presidential Decree No. 642 of 1 December 2016 "On the Strategy for Scientific and Technological Development of the Russian Federation", and are aimed at creating breakthrough domestic technologies and producing results that ensure increased competitiveness
