The student project team of Siberian State Industrial University which is a participant of the research and academic center «Kuzbass – Donbass» became the winner of the all-Russian competition «Rosmolodezh. Grants 1 season». The project «University is a platform for dialogue of cultures and international youth communication. #SibSIU_unite» will be launched in August 2025.
«#SibSIU_unite» is an initiative project aimed at the adaptation of foreign students, creation of conditions for comfortable dialogue and interaction of students from different parts of the world.
The project will start with a welcome week. Foreign students will get acquainted with the Russian linguistic culture during practical classes and have guided excursions around the city of Novokuznetsk, which will help them get to know the city, get acquainted with Russian realities and feel part of the student community.
During the academic year, two events are planned – the festival of national cuisine and a friendly meeting «Launch of InterKuzni», where students will be able to gain experience in intercultural communication and learn to build relationships of mutual understanding and trust.
