The Centre «Kuzbass-Donbass» presented innovative developments of Kuzbass scientists at the Technoprom 2024 forum

The XI International Forum for Technological Development «Technoprom 2024» opened in Novosibirsk. The main theme of this year's event was the transformation of science and technology into a key factor in Russia's socio-economic and spatial development.

The achievements of Kuzbass scientists within the forum were traditionally presented by the Centre «Kuzbass – Donbass». This year the team of the Centre presented the experience of implementation of the country's largest integrated scientific and technical programme «Clean Coal – Green Kuzbass» and the results of youth laboratories.

For example, KuzSTU brought developed electronic automation devices and a series of products obtained as a result of integrated processing of coal preparation waste. Among them are white soot, raw materials for the aluminium industry, coal concentrate, pecks and sorbents.

KemSU scientists demonstrated models of soil horizon and trench planting site in peat, which can accelerate the survival of seedlings and the process of reclamation of disturbed land.

SibGIU presented import-substituting alloys, including unique powdered wire, as well as various metal products.

Researchers of the Federal Centre of Coal and Coal Chemistry of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences demonstrated an automated oil quality control system in laboratory and aggregate version, as well as software and methodological support for digitalisation of design processes of automated mining systems for open pit and underground mining.

In total, 44 exhibits demonstrating innovative developments and directions of activity of representatives of educational and research organisations - participants of the scientific and educational centre «Kuzbass – Donbass» are presented at the stand.
