The purpose of the meeting: demonstration of Russian, Chinese as well as joint Russian-Chinese innovative developments and projects with a high potential for commercialization, discussion of the prospects for their implementation as well as issues of training qualified personnel for high-tech and innovative industries by the universities of the two countries.
Participants of meetings, round tables, discussions are the Russian and Chinese scientific and educational organizations that implement research projects in the priority directions for the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China: modern industrial and manufacturing technologies; new materials and technologies; biotechnology, applied medical technologies.
These directions are included in the directions of activity of Scientific and Research Center "KuZbass". A report on this subject within the framework of the video conference was presented by Natalia Petrik, Director of ANO "Scientific and Educational Center "KUZbass". Natalya Aleksandrovna dwelled on examples of interaction of organizations of Kuzbass with organizations of China. The case in point is development of cooperation between KuzSTU, Chongqing University of Arts and Science and Kunming University of Science and Technology. Joint work areas: nano-photoelectric materials and carbon chemistry, rare-earth and transition metals. Another example of cooperation. SibGIU and Wenzhou University develop mutually beneficial ties in the field of new materials in metallurgy.
