Research and Educational Center "Kuzbass" launches the competition "Rainbow of National Cultures" for international students

The contest is dedicated to the International Day of Tolerance. It will be held from October 20 to November 20, 2023 in a face-to-face format at several venues in Kemerovo and in a remote format on the contest page: https://ноц42.рф/rainbow_of_cultures_2023


The contest is held jointly with the State Library of Kuzbass for Children and Youth, TV BRICS joint-stock company, Kemerovo State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and higher educational institutions with the support of the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth Policy of Kuzbass. The partner of the contest is IPR Media Company LLC.


The following events will take place in the face-to-face format:



- November 14, 2023 will be held Intellectual game "Kuzbass unites" on the basis of the State State Autonomous Institution "State Library of Kuzbass for Children and Youth" (Kemerovo, 21, Arochnaya St.).

- On November 16, 2023 there will be a round table discussion"How do you understand what it is to love your Fatherland" as well as a cultural and historical quiz "I Know the World", which is dedicated to world culture. The event will be held in the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Kemerovo State Medical University" of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Kemerovo, Voroshilova St., 22a).


In absentee format there will be held events to choose from:

- November 6, 2023 Olympiad "The country in which I study".

The contest is held in three categories - "Best Portrait", "We study and rest", "Favorite Time of the Year".

The quiz consists of 2 stages: compulsory and advanced parts.

Participants who successfully passed the 2 stages of testing will receive certificates of successful completion of the test and incentive gifts.

- Creative Contest "Photo of My Country"


Participants of the Contest should send their creative works on the theme "Photo of my country" with a personal commentary (2-3 sentences) to the photo in Russian or English to the form at the link: https://forms.gle/N4dYxzP3aFjHe8Ng6



According to the terms of the contest, the photos should reflect the national originality, cultural peculiarities of the people or country from which the contestant comes.



The main nominations are "National Color", "Sights of the Country" and "Traditions and Customs of the Peoples".
