The results of 2022
  • The conceptual design of a prototype of an unmanned mining dump truck has been developed. The conceptual design establishes basic design solutions for components, systems and units of the unmanned mining dump truck prototype
  • The preliminary design of unmanned movement systems for a 220-ton dump truck has been developed
  • The technical project of the unmanned movement systems of the 220-ton dump truck has been developed. The technical project establishes the final design solutions of the structure and architecture of the software; the initial data for the development of working design documentation for the components of the system of unmanned movement of the quarry dump truck with payload capacity of 220 tons
  • Mathematical models have been developed and final simulation modeling of dump platform operation modes in the discrete body dynamics environment has been carried out. In the course of the work the loading of bulk materials by mining-loading equipment at coal mines was investigated; the influence of loading and unloading conditions of a dump truck with the carrying capacity of 220 tons on the analysis of acting loads during loading and unloading for various design cases on one model was investigated; initial data for strength calculations were obtained
  • Mathematical models are developed and simulation modeling of the dynamics of motion of the quarry dump truck with carrying capacity of 220 tons is carried out taking into account real conditions and modes of operation
  • The preliminary design of the digital dispatching system of the coal mine is developed. The preliminary design substantiates the structure of the digital system of coal mine dispatching; defines the scheme of interaction of digital dispatching systems among themselves, and forms the requirements for digital dispatching systems and the necessary software; makes a preliminary selection of materials and components for the manufacture of digital dispatching system
  • The technical project of the digital system of coal mine dispatching was developed. In the technical project the final design solutions of the structure and architecture of the software of the digital system of coal mine dispatching were developed; the initial data for the development of working design documentation for the creation of a digital system of coal mine dispatching were formulated
